Month & Agenda Views

A full month grid shows all your entries at a glance — events, meals, workouts, and mood indicators, each color-coded by mode. Switch to the agenda view for a scrolling, day-by-day timeline that's perfect for planning ahead.

Recurring Events

Create weekly recurring events with flexible weekday chips — select Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or any combination. Set custom intervals (every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks) to match your real schedule. All occurrences expand automatically across your calendar.

Multi-Day Events

Events that span multiple days render seamlessly across the month grid. Holidays, vacations, project deadlines — they display as continuous blocks so you can see your commitments at a glance.

Timezone Intelligence

Every timed event stores its IANA timezone. Created an event in London and viewing it from Tokyo? It shows the correct local time. DST transitions are handled properly — no more off-by-one hour surprises.

Event Reminders

Set reminders on any timed event and receive push notifications before it starts. Reminders are timezone-aware — if you change timezone, they still fire at the right moment relative to the event.

Diet Tracking

Log what you eat with custom food categories that you define. Each entry can be marked as planned or completed — plan your meals ahead of time, then check them off as you go. One diet entry per day keeps things simple and focused.

Exercise Tracking

Record workouts with duration, intensity (low, medium, high), and optional start/end times. Define your own exercise types — yoga, running, swimming, weights, whatever you do. Track planned vs. completed to see your follow-through.

Mood Tracking

Rate your day across multiple custom dimensions using colored sliders. Define properties like energy, stress, focus, creativity — whatever matters to you. One mood entry per day gives you a clean, longitudinal view of how you feel over time.

Custom Entry Types

Every mode supports user-defined entry types with custom names, colors, and icons. Calendio ships with sensible defaults, but you can add, rename, reorder, or delete types to match your life. Drag-and-drop reordering keeps everything organized.

Global Search

Find any entry instantly with full-text search across all modes. Filter by mode to narrow results. Matching text is highlighted in results so you can scan quickly. Search is computed at write-time for instant lookups.

Daily Nudges

Optional daily push notifications remind you to log your diet, exercise, or mood. Each tracking mode has its own nudge toggle — enable only the reminders you want. Nudges are timezone-aware and self-rescheduling.

Notification History

Every notification Calendio sends is logged — event reminders and daily nudges alike. Check your notification history to see what was sent, skipped, or failed. Read/unread status helps you catch up on what you missed.

Offline PWA

Install Calendio on any device from the browser — no app store required. The service worker caches everything needed for offline use. View your calendar, add entries, and sync when you're back online.

Cross-Device Sync

Open Calendio on your phone, tablet, and desktop. Changes sync in real time via Convex — edit an event on your laptop and see it update on your phone instantly.

Dark & Light Themes

A carefully designed dark mode and a clean light mode. Toggle freely — the entire interface adapts, including entry colors, cards, and the calendar grid.

Drag & Drop Organization

Reorder entry types and mood properties with drag-and-drop. Put your most-used types at the top. The order you set is the order that appears in forms and filters.

Recycling Bin

Deleted entries go to the recycling bin, not oblivion. Browse deleted items, restore what you need, or permanently clear the bin when you're ready.

Planned vs. Completed

Diet and exercise entries support a planned/completed workflow. Plan your meals and workouts ahead, then mark them done. See at a glance what you intended versus what you actually did.
